Hello! I’m Jude Pentony, founder of NestQuest Property Investors. My journey into real estate started from personal experience—one filled with challenges, lessons, and ultimately, success.

Migrating to Australia from India in 1997 was a leap of faith—an exciting yet challenging start to a new life. Like many new migrants, I faced cultural and financial hurdles while trying to establish myself in a new country. For two years, I worked tirelessly, juggling multiple jobs to gain stability.

With an average weekly salary of $400, a car loan of $3,000, and paying $100 per week in rent in the late 1990s, financial discipline became a necessity. But in 2001, my wife and I achieved a life-changing milestone—purchasing our first home. That moment sparked a passion for real estate that only grew stronger.

Navigating the Perth property market as a first-time buyer was overwhelming. With little guidance, I made mistakes and learned tough lessons along the way. But those struggles became my greatest asset—they shaped my understanding of the real estate market and the strategies needed to succeed.

In 2008, We took the next big step: purchasing our first investment property. Over the years, we built our own property portfolio through trial, error, and a lot of learning. With 30 years of professional experience in the IT industry, I bring a data-driven and analytical approach to property investment. However, real estate is more than just numbers—it’s about people, families, and the dreams they’re building.

At home, I’m supported by my wonderful wife and two boys, who inspire me every day. Family is at the core of everything I do, and I bring that same care and commitment to my clients. When I’m not helping others achieve their property goals, you’ll find me watching soccer or UFC with my boys or encouraging them to pursue their dreams.
